Better reporting is not measured by how much information fits on the screen. It is measured by whether the right information changes a conversation, a decision or an action.

A calendar full of reviews does not automatically create good governance. The real test is what happens to an issue before it reaches the room and after the meeting ends.

A PMO can bring order to a growing delivery environment. It can also become another layer of meetings and templates. The difference is whether it solves a real management problem.
